2 hand appearance in 1 hand and shield

Greetings ! Once i saw a Blackguard walking with a spear and a shield (the spear was used as a cosmetic upon a normal 1 sword)...is this possible again...it was a bug or something else?

nope all those type appearances have been removed/fixed by the devs
