RD and CW broken?

Is it just me or does anyone else have a problem with RD and CW not firing off when you try to apply?

RD doesn't even show up on your bufflist.

Not to spread rumors or anything but I was told they were both removed from the game by a reliable source.

Dunno why they'd be removed for no reason or without any prior discussion whatsoever. The repercussions this would have, particularly for small 6mans in RvR, are huge.

I on the other hand, have heard from a reliable source that nothing was done on purpose. We will just have to wait and see.
