Always end up underground flying to IC

Whenever I fly to IC, I end up waaaay under the map. I've tried to fly there from both Nordland warcamp and Mt. Bloodhorn warcamp.

This is preventing me from picking up the event quest.. not to mention I just can't use IC in general so no AH. This is only happening since the newest patch. Previous patch I was able to fly to IC without this happening.

I try relogging, both char screen and completely exit game, but I always load back in underground still. The /stuck command returns me to Norsca so I can play the game, but any time I fly to IC, I get stuck.

Any ideas on what's causing that?

It happends with IC sadly- you get udner map, you need to try again and you will make it, you just had a bad luck on multiple occasions.

also save the book of bind to ic rally master, so that when you will fly there you use the book and jump to the correct floor

Nope, it's not bad luck. I can't ever fly to IC.
Let me explain in more detail what happens to me when I try.

After I fly, the game goes to the loading screen, which displays for a long time. Then the game crashes to Character Select. From here, I have to log back into the game, where it shows the loading screen for IC again. After this finishes loading, I am underground.

This happens 100% of the time. In the previous patch, I would have occasional bad luck and end up under map, but it didn't involve crashing. This is different from the bad luck, something here is definitely wrong.

I have tried:
Restarting computer
deleting user and cache folders and playing the game

Neither of these have helped.
Should I reinstall? Create a new character and see if they can fly to IC?

I would suggest create a new char first, if it's still buggy maybe you are missing some client files so a redownload would be helpful.

Same thing's happening on one of my chars when I try to fly to Altdorf. Just tried a diff order char though and that one works fine.

If these are old charater it could be maybe a charter related bug , you could try report it to max so

This bug is still persisting, even after I created a new character. Both of my characters are affected. Have yet to do a reinstall. (my internet sucks)

I did manage to get into IC once on my Zealot, and while there immediately set my book to IC, thinking that would solve my problem. It does not. When booking into IC, I simply end up underground in a different location.

If this can't be fixed, could we at least have the AH/Banker NPCs placed in warcamps? I'm no developer of course, but this would really help people who have this problem constantly.

I experience the exact same things flying to IC, flying to anywhere. Randomly crashing, having to reload, and then appearing somewhere other than where I should. Often when flying to zones I'll crash and when I reload in I'll be way off somewhere odd instead of right in the camp. Even using /stuck will occasionally crash and I'll end up in the mountains in Norcsa instead of the starter place.

But these random locations I end up in are usually not a problem--except in IC, where that random location is always underground. Not sure what else I can report on this bug, but I'd be happy to provide any information anyone who wants to fix this could need.
