I have tried to change my Guild Heraldry colors about 5 days ago, and my gold was taken but the change did not occur. I submitted a report in game via CSR Appeals, and was told it would take affect on the next server restart. I also submitted the same thing on the BUGTRACKER here, and was told it was a reoccuring issue, ticket was closed and referred to a currently open ticket by someone else. I waited 2 days, and still nothing happend, no color change or gold refund....submitted another report via CSR, and was told that an Official Server Restart would happen on Friday night, Dec. 1, 2017...checked the next morning and still nothing. I submitted a 3rd report via CSR on Sun, and today, Mon Dec. 4, 2017 I get a response stating that I need to submit a bug report via the Forum Bugtracker.....WTF....it has been almost a week, and my Heraldry colors have not changed, and I still got charged the gold, and am getting the run around from the GM's....can I PLEASE get some help??

We don't deal with individual character issues 99% of the time. We attempt to fix the source problem. Your issue is known, documented, and sitting on a pile of other issues that aren't currently being worked on.

I was not aware that it hasn't been fixed, I've spoke with a few other guild leaders that had the issue, but were told to spam the "OK" button and eventually it worked. I tried that and after a few attempts, it did take my gold, but the colors never changed, that is when I tried to contact help. Didn't mean to seem like a ****, but I felt I was being given the run around, and if I offended, I do apologize. TY for clearing up the issue. Once this is fixed, will I still have to pay another 100gp, or given a free heraldry change, or will the gp be reimbursed before then? Just wondering so I can inform my guild as to what is going on and whatnot...
