I think regen might also refer to the Conqueror five piece proc, which is 10% chance on hit to gain 100 wounds, which effectively heals you for 1000 hp. Combined with grumble n mutter, it apparently makes you a very (lore appropriate) tanky lil dwarf. Though wouldnt doubt he invested in Regen rr too, though IIRC Volgo goes full parry and dodge/disrupt, then full crit reduct.

Also, if you can Volgo please post your Dufftimer file as mine is in Russian and I cannot figure out how to set it up proper.

Nah, its mostly buffed GnM + conq proc + potions. All adds up quite massively.

Nah no RR in regen, not worth it at all. For 45 points you get like 200hp/4s. -24% chance to be crit will save you much more than 200hp/4s vs pretty much every class.
