I really don't understand this obsession with slowing down peoples' progress more and more.
For example.. I have a 23 heal specced WP.. my brother has a level 29-30 slayer.. we want to queue for SCs together, and in the meanwhile grind mobs.. but now we can't.. and as a healer it takes me 5 minutes to kill anything.

It's like every time I read the patch notes... we nerfed the gain here... nerfed the gain here.. oh and we nerfed the Xp again.. Oh, that double xp/renown? It was suppose to end a week before the event it was paired with, we forgot to mention that.
Especially during the slow timers of the server when there's not a lot of action and you pretty much take that time to go level your alts..
But it's your sever.. blah blah blah.. you do what you want, and as many times as people post suggestions, they instantly get shut down and players get rude and punishing responses half the time.
Plenty of people feel this way, too many are just too scared to say anything.
And before you say well, XP gain was slow on live.. it was.. but I could take a level 5 and apprentice it to 40 and run around doing t4 PQs..
It's not like the server constantly has 5k+ or 10k+ people.. there isn't always people your level doing PQs.. and having to wait 4 months of RvR to actually enjoy a class is absurd considering most classes don't get good until around level 29-31 when you can get the powerful abilities and tactics from a tree. You can't gauge whether you like a character until you are at least 30/30 in my opinion... and a lot of us want to try every class before settling down with a couple to play.
Come on guys.. just listen to the players for a change!

It will be relaxed (and not because of "player opinions" :D ) a bit when I get to it again. No ETAs.

"When inner doors are destroyed NPCs and siege weapons will stop respawning."
I thought it was said about built-in keep weapons. Was very disappointed when I couldn't place oil in the middle of keep defending. Not saying about fun when sneaking into keep in stealth and showering order with oil.

My change affects only respawns, as far as I know. New oil is not considered a respawn? Cursory look at code tells me this shouldn't be affected. Will take a look.

On the topic of RvR changes:
Did any notice keep doors to magically and mysteriously healing up, in spite of full control over all or atleast the majority (3/4) of BOs?

Farming ruin is now really hard to make a party. You do not support with this changes if someone is leveling a healer for example. Why is it problem if a bigger char go and kill things for you and you simply heal him.
I think this game should boost party mentality. Give + XP/Renown if you are in a Party for example.
Nobody cares about the grinding part, its not what makes this game fun.
A lvl 40 guy should be able to play along in PvE with T2 people just like in RvR.
Scenarios of course a special thing and thats fine..but to be able to kill mobs together.
Its not like this game has 200000million players.

OP updated with today's hotfix

EDIT: siege damage is not in as it needs a DB push as well, which was not done today
