All of my Characters were deleted

I logged in this morning and all of my characters weren't there. It prompted me to join a server and showed no characters created on it. When I logged onto the server, it prompted me to create a new character. So I did to try and see if it was a widespread issue. And honestly, I'm not really sure how to report bugs or if i'm even in the right place(Sorry) to do it. But hopefully someone sees this and can help. Thanks for your time

Same issue here. Logged in and i was forced to create a new character but my main can be found in the armory. Character name Kerogan

Updater did some stuff... Then i menage to log... and BUM. No characters at all...

The consistent thing seems to be people not knowing what username they originally used on their account.

zgolec666 can you name a character you used?

Please add me to the list, as all my characters are gone. Lead character name Karisanna. I would think I am using the correct account name, as why else would the password work.
