squig herder not allowed to buy skills

Cannot buy the skills and the pets do not use them also cannot use the moral 2 skill. Been going on for the past 3 days thought the server resets would fix the problem but that does not seem to be the case.

You get skills automatically, pet skills are given on using specified pets.

All but UF* will be given to you once you appropriate level - I'd suggest to get AnywhereTrainer to keep track of what skills are next in line.
The skills in the screenshot are already in your skillbook, or rather, as oioi' said, on your pets.
Upon summoning the pets you'll find the skills on the pet actionbar, at times the visuals bug out - atleast they did so when I played my Engi/SH/WL a couple of weeks back -, just resummon the pet.

*UF got removed and likely won't come back, so won't find the moral in your skillbook.

I'd suggest to get the various pet related addons, 'LoyalPet' or smth like that, you might wanna have a look on the class forums for that, or just bind the pet abilities to proper hotkeys (make sure to rightlick the abilities twice to disable the autocast if you fancy it, but mind you, you'll have to do that whenever you [re]summon a pet).

Ah ok ty I saw sometimes that the pets won't use the skills as they won't show up on the pet bar and I have the addons you suggested. Thanks for the fast answer.
