Locking all 3 BO's or locking the area will spawn a boss of the opposing faction that would require multi groups to take down. Opposing faction can defend boss. If boss is alive at unlock of the BO/Areas, a chest spawns at each BO for the defending faction. It will requiring locking the BO to access the chest. If the boss is dead then it spawns chests at each BO for the attacking faction. Can not loot the chests until the area is clear of opposing faction. Just like capping the flags. We just need to get Party need/greed working before this would be any good or we could keep track of damage done to the boss and the player/guild/party? with the highest DPS done is assigned one chest, the highest DPS taken one chest, and the highest healing one chest.
I bet if this were added, RVR would be back to what it was 4/6 weeks ago.

Ding ding we have a winner! Even adding a chance for the current best green gear or whatever, currently bloody gear, to drop of players at the same rate as the mobs would promote rvr. Personally i think all bis gear should be from orvr. That includes pockets and jewels. Adding new rvr currency gear as good as the purple equivalent but different stats to make the best pve still have a point in a certain tier. Where necessary at a level suitable for use in that tier. The event slot should be as in live from sc weekend warfronts or live events. Incentivising scs/events while doing orvr and completed in a single session.
Things like talis and pots should be make from pve crafting. This should include large crafting material drops from dungeons. These should ignore the crit crafting mechanic and always give bis. Enough to fully mod a single character with bis talis or enough top tier pots to last a character a week.
This gives orvr the priority for gearing, scs as a added extra that can be completed by anyone in a single session but also stimulates the pve and dungeon economy.
