By CC dismounting. Hard CC or snare aswell. Thats a big buff to ranged snares, particularly MotM.

Actually I don't get that part fully.
CC Dismounts immediately means, that if you put a snare on someone he is dismounted for sure?

Like on Runepriest Snare Tactic.

This only applies to hard CCs so snares are not counted. But in the case of hard CCs the dismounts is immediate.

That's a good start at optimising dot/caster classes. They still need a tad bit more, but I suppose it's on the way .

Using an ability should block AP regen by the GCD (1.5 seconds) or the cast time, whichever is longer. Abilities which had a cast time of 1s or less would block for 1.1s instead of 1.5s, because the grace (the ability to cast an instant before the GCD is up if your timing is right, which the client confirms) was being taken into account.
