I am playing this BW DoT tree, like I did in old WAR. In my opinion, it`s stil viable, but mostly for leveling, solo or casual play, 1 vs 1, and scenarios. When you have both: Healer friend and guard from a tank, PBAOE spec should be the best for RvR.
