Sanctified bullet

Sanctified bullet the heal tactic of wh was healing 150 % of bullet damage. Now it seems that the heal was reduce to 100 % which make them pretty useless. Was it intended or is it a bug ?

Bullets or kisses were never healing for 150%, always 100% or "all damage ".
Dying is no option.

It was buffed to 150% a long while back. One of those changes that was on a patch note but never made it to the abchangelist.
