SW Question on targeting siege

Does the SW have any ranged attacks that can damage oil or a ram?

Afaik anything that dots and is non physical makes damage on siege if you hit it on range.

Not sure if SW has some of these.

magic + melee attack for oil.
only melee attack for ram.
rest are blocked.
with enchanted arrow tactic every scout skills are magic dmg.
without it flame, fester and acid.
I don't think skirmish DoT dmging oil.
It's physical range so blocked.
