How to get to the other faction zones

You start in Norsca as order, but how do you get to Ulthuan/ the dwarven hold starting areas?

Flightmaster in the first bigger PvE Camp / Questhub / Warcamp. :>

or use your book before binding elsewhere if you are a dwarf. If you are going the flightmaster route FYI you can mouse over camps/towns on your map and it will tell you what vendors and stuff they have there so u can easily find the closest one to you.
