[Solved] Launcher - An Error Has Occured

This is the error I get when trying to launch the game (launching as Admin, using the RoR Launcher in the same directory as WAR.exe) -

System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index '' was read from the registry.

I have tried using both the torrent files and the directly downloaded files from Mega, both have given me the same error. I have also tried deleting and re-downloading the launcher. It is worth nothing that the game loads and I get past the cinematic and Terms of Use agreement, but when I reach the main menu there I is only the 'Cinematic', 'Credits', 'Settings' and 'Quit' as options.

Any help would be appreciated.

By rebuilding the performance counters, following the instructions in http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... f=4&t=2889.
