I'm afraid to report that this has happened to me also. I had been farming NPC's for about 10 mins after log in and I suddenly DC'ed. So I loaded the game back up, which loaded very slowly. I tried logging in once and then kicked me out again. Then I loaded in a second time and my Witch was without clothes on the Character screen.
Then when I loaded in, all my clothes were gone and my backpack was empty. Then I run to the bank vault and that was empty too.
So I reported that I was robbed in Advice Chat and the replies returned was that it takes a server restart to fix this issue. Is that true, because I didn't know before?

Please help if you can, I had worked many months now to gain all that I had. All I have left is my Gold, but at least I still have that.

But I'm glad to report that my items have returned, all of them.
