Characters not appearing in-game

Hello, I recently returned to the game but when I logged in, all of my characters were gone. These characters were from after the wipe of 2016 so it can't be from that. Interestingly, the characters still appear in the armory so I hope they are not somehow lost.

I'd appreciate any help I can get.

You would need to help us out with what characters you are referring to. Feel free to PM if you don't want to disclose.
