Low amount of oRvR?

I thought that when influence was announced to be working that people would actually start doing alot of oRvrR'ing for those sweet sweet reward. Although to my disappointment I have seen next to none, do people really enjoy farming and BQ camping that they dont even want to participate in one of the best aspects of the game (imo).

Sure. it's just Tier 1 and its basically hold this flag > kill stragglers > lock zone. But it was always alot of action in Tier 1 when the game was still up, largely due to all the F2P guys.

I do think that having some more oRvR action outside of the events would be good and fun aswell.

I was ftp for a long time so i rember those days of mindless orvr all you needed to do was get your 2 peice deci and rest vengence gear and then you zereged back and forth, good times but the thing there needs to be more things working like cannons to stop camping, the other day there was an entire grp just outside destro wc camping who were amusingly only high elves standing around bragging about their "elven efficiency" naturally this made me want to punch them in the face

it picks up from time to time during peak times of the day but the problem is that when inf was first added every one was like "heck yeah! Lets RvR" but the problem was that inf keeps resetting due to a bug so it kills the drive to pvp and work towards those elite weapon rewards

Yea man, those were the days. It was like always 20vs20+ and getting your first influence reward was easy as ****. Non-stop oRvR.

Then we probably ran into the same group of high elves. Pretty annoying. Yea I've heard that people have had that bug, although I've also heard that the one that posted it to the forum got his influence fixed so maybe they know what causes it and are working on it?
