Then do RvR, nobody is forcing you to play PvE, RvR gear is comparable to PvE gear.
I also dont see how PvE is work by any means. Its very easy to do, and takes little time. Obviously you cant hide behind numbers in PvE, so there might be a issue in that.

Unless you want specific set bonuses or weapons from pve you can easily skip it and still be fine in pvp with the pvp sets. The only pve set i would recommend getting is beastlord since you can get it fairly easy and you can mix it fairly easy with other sets.

Most of the pvp sets have better stats for pvp for most classes.

I think this could be helped by reducing the amount of thrash npcs in Gunbad. The problem with pve is that it is barred behind Gunbad time investment (yesyes I know you will be able to run other dungeons but not wear gear), which takes an ungodly amount of boring pve time. If that time would be decreased, so all wings combined could be run in 1-2 hours maximum by a good group, that would be a good incentive to make pvp players to try it. As of currently I can't justify run 3 wings x3 times with lockouts etc... for what, weeks? Nothx

It was good until Gunbad was the only pve option, but now Gunbad just serves as a necessary boring time sink to access other content. I like the boss fights there, they are fun and interesting, just the so many thrash mobs makes it a snoozefest.

I am not sure why the way we get wards was changed from live other then it to be a time sink. Wards used to be obtained via pvp or pve. That would open up way more people to run the content vs just locking it behind pve only unlocks.

We already reduced twice gunbad trash and pq objectives count . We recently (few patch ago) toned down gunbad trash def stat for faster runs

Because we reworked pve gear to be not RnG drop anymore by adding quest to drop your gear . PvE gear is really fast to get compared to live . You can’t jump straight to end game dungeon and equip best PvE gear , like you can’t jump in fortress drop invader and equip it cause you need to grind your renown tank to equip it . That would result in having empty dungeon like on live . Next patch will be more friendly , you’ll be able to grind all your instance at the same time and not one instance after the other . Plus , you will be able to find more ppl to do it no matter if they have ward or not

Lmfao...the PvE gear isn't that hard to get whatsoever. Sure, Gunbad is **** boring and shouldn't have been made compulsory; but it is feasible to get your Redeye wards in a very short space of time. Sentinel is more enjoyable, and the gear you get amasses quickly when done in conjunction with the quests.

Same people moaning about PvE gear taking over RvR are the same people AFKing in Forts and derping their way to easy Gold bags that contain BIS Invader; **** all effort required, no contribution needed, no group/wb needed as a prerequisite to acquisition of said Invader.

When Bloodlord comes out, it will be SC who are left suffering, offering nothing particularly interesting/niche that you couldn't get elsewhere.

RvR offers a plethora of rewards that require much, much less work than either SC or PvE gear does. It's just lazy people demanding easy ****, as per usual.

Yes you did, but mostly you changed the amount of hitpoints mobs have. I think you should reduce the number of mobs, so people will keep their attention on boss fights. The few times I ran Gunbad I honestly slept on my keyboard while clearing "trash".

As a PvE comparison (and as a mostly pvp focused player), I love the ch22 PQs a lot cause I feel their time/difficulty balance is right and there is no entry barrier. I wish there would be more pve content in that way (and I wish we could run them more).

Look, i am a PvPer as well and i despise every aspect of PvE, the fact that i have to play against da computer just feels off, playing against humans is wot gives meaning to my existence, i don't need dat filthy PvE gear, full Vanquisher / Invader is all i need to kill ma enemies
the only gud reason i see for me to do PvE, is for da appereances
