[WL] Coordinated Strike + Pack Synergy

Since it was defined that CS is one of the main sources of insane WL burst, here is a simple solution:

Pack Synergy: Increases the additional damage of all skills besides Coordinated Strike (it may increase its crit chance by 10% instead).

Such change will decrease burst numbers of WL so CS won't delete 70% of target's HP and also it won't rip the class into pieces since it's not a huge rework.
