The thing is, higher average heals are usually lost in overheal, as you need the spike heals in a short period of time.
IMO there are too many other tactics to spend a slot on simple willpower.

Nope, SYG and green cleaning don't synergize. It's a shame, but probably wouldn't be worth half your tactic slots even if they did.

Is there a reason for dont synergize?? G´nC its an abilityy from path of mork tree...so is this ability can heal that heal must trigger the Pass it On tactic (if slotted).

about ESM tactic i think that could worth if restorative burst is slotted too, if dont maybe discipline is better

It means it does stack with potion buff, like with ability buff (ability and potion don't stack).
