Is there any addon that show or alert (better than default UI) when you reach 5 stacks of bloodlust?? maybe aura can do this??

Use Aura for that.
Take any finisher u got, make Aura for it, set career mechanic to 5+ and add text/flash screen/sound whatever u want notice you when said finisher reach lvl 5 bloodlust.

I tried this, but the addon alert when the finisher is up (stack x1), i have to review and try to set career mechanic...(first time i use aura).

You can use Mechanic, if you want to see it as a number 1-5.
