chaotic attunement - magus
well oiled machine - engi
both allow intant cast turrets/demons
"give wh and witch propper aoe like evrywone has it!"

Turrets are also a two-second cast. It took five seconds for me to check the career builder and two minutes to log onto my Engie and check for myself.
