RoRLauncher keeps wanting to download the game?

Hi,

So i spent about 4 hours patching using the launcher last night only to find that the launcher wants to do the WHOLE process again today?

Is this a common issue?

No, its not common issue. It usually only happens if you fail to follow the installation instructions. Aka read-only mode or torrent client is locking or still using the files
