Influence bug

Hi. I need somebody to look into a possible bug. The past 3 days I have been doing ORVR and my influence bar for dwarf t4 is stuck at 380/53940 despite the fact that I have spent many hours in the t4 dwarf rvr lakes and even took part in 2 dwarf Fort defenses and won a massive gold bag (Conq chest). I have already claimed most of the inf rewards from the other t4 lakes at this point but I'm unable to obtain even a single Dwarf reward.
