I need some help

So i played this game way back on live and i really missed it so i took my friends and we started playing here again. But i've run in to a problem.
I decided to go Chosen because i love the way they look and 2h chosen on live was pretty good. Atm im hearing from everywhere, if u wanna go 2h tank, u go BO or gtfo basically. And told its **** on Chosen.
So im 28 atm and i guess when i hit T3 lvls and Officer emblems/medals i can buy the tank gear instead. Anyhow my biggest issue is 16+. I understand the decision to merge T2,T3 and T4 because of population.
But doing so you (for me atleast) completly destroy pvp at 16+. I can't recall exactly how it was to pvp at 16+ on live (played Zealot to 32 back then, farmed rats like a dumbass). But here it feels almost pointless.
Trying to do scenario vs 35+ players you get roflstomped. Even Archmages kicks your ass as a tank, because their gear is far superior. And if you do open Rvr you have to wait until T3 and T4 and the city fight is over before you can do T2 again.
If you do decide to join in on T3 and T4, well you either just sit back and try to slap some Knight thinking hes the shizzle, or you run in and die. As healer or ranged it might be slightly more fun, but as tank or melee, just forget it.
I figured lvling would be my best option so all i did was join a warband, leech kills and run bk and forth turning in the 25 kill quest over and over. Until i got to 25+ where i did some scenarios. They got a bit better then.

But this whole experience is really making the struggle from 16-40 really demotivating. And i know when i hit 40, this whole charade is going to go on repeat until i hit 40/80 and get the endgame gear because all the decked out 40s will roflstomp me again.
I guess at that point i will have some fun killing the 16+ going thru the same thing i did.
Im not sure what im asking for here, except help maybe. Is this the same experience for other ppl? Am i alone in this? Am i entering stuff i shouldn't? Am i doing the wrong content?
Because if i enter scenario theres decked out 35+ ganking my ass and if i do T3 or T4 its the same thing but decked out lvl 40s. The bolstering only affects your lvl, so its not doing you much good since ppl with endgame gear is still going to smack your ass.

This is a team-based PvP game. People on order complain about the same thing, but the fact of the matter is, if you're not getting an even combination of heal, guard, dps and have coordinated play then you will forever think there's something wrong with that you're doing.

If you're pugging, expect a pug experience. If you want to feel superior, then find experienced players to team up with, and pull your own weight in the role that you're playing. Gear does matter in the game, but team work combined with skill does more for you imo.

I think you are looking at it wrong. You will be ganked and stomped on regardless of your level. The way to counter this is to group up and get coordinated.

Thanks for your inputs but im not complaining on Order. Im not complaining on the team aspect. I know this is a team game. This is not a "i managed to kill everyone, i carried this."
Like 2 days ago we locked a zone by getting the keep to 5 stars, that was huge team effort.

But my point im trying to get accross is, being lvl 28, being faced against ppl that are so much higher in lvl that they get access to this new good gear, im not able to compete. Like if i get healed by 2 ppl and a Bw or anything is hitting me, i will die anyway. Other higher lvls can take more punch, because they are geared for it, im not. If T2 t3 t4 wasn't linked, i wouldn't even be close to having this issue. Why? Because max lvl in T2 i think is 30 or 31. So i would technically almost be "maxed out" for this tier.
I mean being lvl 15 for example in full good gear, you are unstoppable in scenarios. And if you ever end up in a 1v1 in orvr or you run in to the zerg because your team decide to push them back, you will live just fine. This whole thing dies in T2.

So even if i wanted to help my team, i can't. I feel like a burden.
I know this probably sounds like a bit.ch thread or that im just complaining. But iam just frustrated with how the game works right now and that i feel like i can't help my team out.

There is no sollution to this.
3 years ago there were T2 and T3 Zones.
But they were ghost towns where 2 or 3 players were roaming. No sieges, no nothing. From lvl 16-31 you were grinding XP to finally reach T4 but without any RR.

The current sollution let you play OpenRvR for the whole time.
Group up, find a guild, have fun.
Dont play a 2h Tank if you want to win a battle. Play it for fun.

Tier 2 and 3 was merged due to the low population the server was having before, now that the server is experiencing a large influx of new players, it could make sense to either split T2/T3 again, or provide a bolster like in RvR to people who are in scenario games.

The way that it is right now isn't perfect, but hopefully balancing can be focused more on in the future for scenario. I did struggle a bit early on, but after getting lvl 29/30 on my characters and getting rank 29 soldier gear I've been having a much better time facing opponents that are higher rank than me.

It's important to remember that bolster scales your gear too, including talismans. I see people complain about this in lower-level green gear or w/o talismans. I run a lvl 24 BO def build in scenarios and have no problem playing against higher level folks.

Actually worst part is right around lvl 34 when you're too low level for the T4 entry set, but the T3 set is quite low level for you.

T2 und T3 were ghost towns when there were 1000 Players playing when T4 was released.
T2 was a ghost Town when T3 was the hightst Zone.

And there is a booster for low levels.
A bossted lvl 48 Player has more wounds then a lvl 40 player.

I face many tanks on 1v1, chosen is hard fight but BO is much weaker
