Blast Potions

Turn off Blast Potions again.

We all know them. We all use them. Some in the open RvR and in Inis.
But to many use them in Forts and Citys to cause gigantic Lags.

Almost every Fort Lordroom push that leeds to the wipe of the defenders goes hand in hand with a gigantic lag.
The next the defenders see is the whole ground on fire and the room full of enemys stomping over dead defenders.
