Launcher is gone (Windows)

I updated after patch yesterday and successfully played all day. This morning I attempted to click the launcher to login and its gone from the Return of reckoning folder. I have attempted to re-download the launcher from here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=38070, but it says this file is missing. I also tried copying the RoRLauncher.exe from the game download I have on a thumb drive and it also fails. After attempting to run RoRUpdater.exe I get this error message once it gets to the launcher part of the download:

Error Downloading updater:
System.IO.IOException: Incorrect function.

at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.FileStream.WriteCore(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 count)
at System.IO.FileStream.Write(Byte[] array, Int32 offset, Int32 count)

Update:
After reading this post:viewtopic.php?f=4&t=38049
It is indeed being treated as a trojan. Both Webroot and Windows Defender was blocking the updater and quarantining the files.
I have since made the adjustments, #nohacksplease.
