I highly doubt it. Torque had an agenda against casters in general. Mainly because he played solo melee and had a warped view of balance because of it.

If Torque had got his way I doubt there would be any ranged classes left

Another related question, as a dps AM its better to maximize jewelry with only +int items or to combo genesis set with something other?
