You can also get Subjugator (exact stats, but called Bigchoppa of Doomsday) for 150 Seal of the Exemplars + 250 Seal of the Paragons, totally not worth it. Vendor is in IC Citadel, west of the throne room (same vendor for the 25% renown potions, get those instead).

On Beastlord, you can get the quests at level 33, and as you will use the Back+ring+book (pocket item, get after all the other 5 parts) right up until Sov, get on that asap. It is THE best early set you can get that will last a very long time.

Hey which of those builds should i aim for levelling up? Mainly SCs with some PQ and ORVR.

Really, with free re-spec, try them all out and see what you like. I started 2H at about level 9 as I found a purple 2h and took it as a sign. Never looked back (though I have tried DW, and man is it easy-street).

Build during lvling up doesnt matter.
For SCs one build feels better than other.
Same goes for oRvR.
feels like there is no cookie cutter , up until full sov when you can nearly max 2 trees.

Do You guys use Hurtin' time or not or depending on heals, tanks/Guard composition?

Always use Hurtin' Time. I only regretted it once, when I tried out dual-wield (DW) and had a tank guard but no heals. That aoe killed me faster than usual. Tip on H'T, use armor pots (always), as the self-damage is slightly mitigated by your own armor. Also why it barely touches tanks, but why are you hitting them anyway?
