[ADDON] Queue Queuer and Warboard Queue Queuer Fixes

Fix is pushed. Had to change the iterator of the scenarios in the QueueQueuer_GUI.lua as it broke the for-loop to render the tab. Also extended the counter for the for loop from 38 to 40 to match the amount of SCs.
During this process, I removed the normal "Caledor Woods" SC from the SC list as it's ID was overwritten by "Caledor Woods (Ranked Solo)" by the devs.

Perfect, merged it. Lets keep the technical discussion on gitlab from now on so the "normal user" doesn't get confused here. I made comments on the merge request in case you didn't notice.
