Potion Making

I am pretty confused with potion making so I would like to express a couple of questions.

First of all I would love to know what ingredients each monster gives by butchering. For example I need to make intelligence and armor potions. Where should I go find the appropriate ingredients?

Then, how do I find stabilizers? Do I have to make them somehow or farm them?

Stabilizers - farm from every beast(blood)
Armor - lizards
Shield - spiders

If you're Order, scorpions in elf lands also give armor mats. Stabilizers can drop from any animal, i believe. Or you can make an alt, have him cultivate, break down plants and use the stabilizers you get from that.
