before changing anything OYG needs to be fixed to actually have a 2 second cooldown

it may be longer. its def not less than 2 sec.

It is broken. Some sub 40 knights are abusing this now against WE's. Its like a light version
of the old WH ultimate cheese of repel blasphemy and riposte.

This is what ive experianced aswell, anyone with fast attacks are getting melted in seconds against OYG
