In a full 6, we averaged about 3 SC pops per hour. (midtier order)

T1 waiting que is disguisting, been 1.5h now and nothing. I never recall it to be so bad, population balance is currently 50/50.

I suggest bringing back the old player matching system for most scenarios, but instead adding 1 scene per week with a matched class balance, as you once added a scene for those who sign up for the queue individually. This will be a great solution, because when there are people and they want to write to a stage with a class balance, they will write to this particular scene, and when there are not enough people by class, the scenes will work as before.

Do you really think they are doing this on purpose or willingly accept flaws disturbing parts of the game?
They keep this thing alive without getting paid, in their free time ffs.
It takes time to find bugs and flaws on an old game and system you probably weren't involved scripting in the first place.
Enjoy the stuff that works atm, or don't. We all didn't pay **** to complain about things.

Yeah, for example. And running a 10+ year old game for 1000+ players for free. So everybody should enjoy what we get and support with constructive feedback (if one has one to give) to further improve the experience.
