that one was there as well and all I did was run the launcher, it had worked before granted its been a while since i last played

I'm going to guess you have the RoR launcher in your downloads folder and the game installed somewhere else. It needs to be in the same folder as WAR.exe

You need to install the game from this site, your existing installation is most likely not going to work.

Ok so I did all that and now it says I need a 64 bit compatible version
