So if I am at, let’s say, 0% chance to be crit and I use FoF at 100 Hate would that now give me -15% to be crit? Just trying to clarify.

So is this gonna be phased in to all abilities that used to stack if it was tactic / morale / ability? Or are you just going to ignore core mechanics and make an exception for one class? If you want to nerf sorc why aren't you just doing that instead of very sloppy balance work? It makes you seem to not understand the game you are balancing.

Chillwind is an ability. Even if that ability is modified by a tactic, it is still an ability.

Just like Powerful Draw doesn't turn Thadow sting into a tactic, even if it is modified by the powerful draw tactic.

Are the RP armor debuff and ZL armor/resist debuff tactics not supposed to stack since they modify an ability instead of being a separate effect?

Seems like it's now mandatory for every patch to have a destro nerf.

Fixing a bug isnt a nerf.

Fixing a bug isn't a "balance adjustment decision", but any change that makes something weaker still counts as a nerf imo.

It has, if you use original menu, so maybe you need to change your Queuer Queuer mod version, mine is v2.9 and does not remove ranked.
though the change does seem to be missing in the notes, maybe they can add a note with a compatible QQ version as well.

Nerf renown on rvr area - I'm sure this change was needed. For some dark reason....

Oil renownn wipe - Thorbolt deleted his engi after that.

Oil change is great but maybe instead of removing rewards from 100s of potential kills, is it possible to share for all defenders on the next capture/defend reward tick?

That way defenders are still rewarded for great oil use while individual players are decentized from personal gain.

Please make same change to cannons/siege (the AoE ones particularly) as they run out of ammo by the time the door is down, instead of being used to suppress incoming pushes or initiate offensive pushes by organised wbs.

I wouldn't worry about Thorbolt. Probably most of you don't know how perfectly he did on ranked sc. He can handle this as well .

It would have been nice to see SnB BG get some actual group wide utility, instead of nerfing the only ability that made a SnB BG worth taking. And even then it wasn't taken before the FoF nerf, just to put things into perspective. Other tanks are able to aoe buff and provide more utility, SnB BG brings none of these things. For a 13 point ability, that can be shattered and provide a buff to you and one other person, it doesn't bring much in a WB setting. No other tank in the game is forced to go 2h in RvR besides the BG, and its disappointing to see this continued.
