Somewhere in the forums I saw a similar issue that was resolved by downloading the needed dx9 dll and dropping them into your WAR folder.

Quick search, relevant link. http://www.returnofreckoning.com/forum/ ... dll#p44682

Unfortunally this doesn't work für me... ;(

I were playing on the RoR-Server about 2-3 months ago and all was working fine.
Now this is going to happen... and I just don't understand what is wrong now... :(

I'm re-downloading the complete game-client and launcher once again.
And a hope for a wonder... :D

Downloaded the game client again.
Unzipped it to a new folder.
Downloaded the launcher again.
Unzipped it to the same folder.
Starting RoRLauncher.exe.
Nothing happens! :(

Make sure the game folder properties "read only" is disabled. Right click Warhammer Online > Properties > "Read only" unchecked > OK.

My friend has same problem, he unchecked the folder and it still doesnt work. Tried unchecking launcher and exe aswell.
Tried the game on different drive and also made new folder and tried there but nothing. Also tried to run as admin.

Can you confirm after unchecking "read only" that the game folder "read only" is definitely unchecked.
