How to restore characters names?

Hi

have been away for awhile and found two of my low-level characters with their names changed (guess cause of having not used them for some time).

My black guard Morkar is now named Morkar6128BB0D

and my goblin Gorthor is now Gorthor6109B88

There is any way to restore their correct names back?

Morkar for example is not even used from anyone else but i cannot restore it myself.

There was a command to the change name, something like .changename XXXX
If your names are still free, u can take them back (but you have 1 change per month)

Looking at the armory the names should still be free, but when try to change it says not avaible.. it's strange.

The armory isn't really up to date, both of your mentioned character names are now in use and fall under 2 different accounts (2 sperate players).

As a side note to that (sorry I don't mean to derail the thread), any idea on whats going on with the Armory? It used to keep an up to date record of all the players gear and now it seems to be very broken. I think that it happened around the time that the ability to link items was added to the forum. I've also come across multiple versions of some items when using search. Problem is, I have no idea on where to submit any bugs regarding it, as the bugtracker is for in-game issues only.

I think the bugs are known and it's just a matter of priority, as devs focus on the game itself and its features, new releases and changes.

Oh i see, it's sad but thx for the quick answer anyway.

I'll try to find some new interesting names for my chars then ^^
