[Support] I cannot log in with my character

Character stuck can't log in.
Name Malkai

I can not login to the following two Chars:

Grimormr
Naffi

Both are in Altdorf. I can login to other toons in Altdorf

Bazgob, Inevitable City.
Loading screen bug - every attempt to log in results being set back to log in screen.

Affected characters: Granur, Dvali, Skirvir, Kazzuk (Location for all of them: Karaz-a-Karak), Belkir (Location: Ekrund)
Problem: I cannot enter the game when trying to log in with those characters. Instead, the loading screen sends me straight back to the character selection screen.

Can't go past the loading screen, goes back to character selection screen, but have to select the server to get all the chars back on selection screen.

Redline - character name (but its happening to ALL characters i have)

I am having a big issue with loading right now. Started last night every so often my game would freeze at loading screens but now the game is unplayable. When loading into SC i have to ctrl alt del, close the game restart just to load in any zone. Is this part of the issues from the latest patch or something else?
