RP has a right road tactic "concussive runes"

what is the meaning of "grows more potent"

i tested, no more dmg, no more ticks and duration....


what is the actual meaning of "grows more potent?

As far as I know it means nothing, and what the tactic does is make Rune of Cleaving reduce the armor of all the targets it hits.

It's a pretty strong tactic.
