(Kotbs) Does Active Defences Stack

Hey,
anyone knows if the Set-Bonus from Triumphant and Vanquisher named Active Defences stack in any way ?
The Chance to proc, or the effect or nothing?

Hello. No it does not stack, it is considered an ability and two abilities with the same effect does not stack
