X-realming guild/warband leaders request

i recently started to play destro 2months now from long time order player and imo its
1:destro leaders are kinda bad they take 24ppl sit on a BO for 6-8mins and let the other wb fight at a disadvantage
2:No Hero on destro like rolgrom people rally around rolgrom even bring their mains they no longer play just to join his wb. Also you dont even have to be in his wb just follow him around and you will get fights not sit on BOs for 8mins
3:destro wb leaders again Do not communicate with each other 4/5 forts now where no one goes postern/go bottom or jail ect.
4:destro leader does not blob again n again they cry n cry about zerg but its even numbers refuse to blob ''the organized'' wb want good fights the RP wb just wants kills thats 48 players just running around doing their own thing
5:newish players join destro and quit from being farm in SC i notice more premades in order compare to destro i level 3 alts so far and see this again n again.
6: only 1 good guild on destro besides the xrealmer guild vs like 4 on order
7:destro new players keep makin tanks n healers join sc with 8 tanks or 4 healers
8: too many w.e,Rsh,DPS healers,2h tanks on destro not enough good heals,snb tanks,choppas running gtdc
9:destro nerfs msh seems so bad compared to a year ago idk what it is maybe other classes got buffed like wl/sw or msh nerf also the black ork Cooldown reducer was a huge huge nerf imo
10:lots of toxicity on destro from wb leaders who cry and disband after 1 lose to players calling people bad **** cause they lose a game.

From my experience, order isnt organized, neither is destru.
Pugs eat pugs and whoever got the most pugs win in this RvR system.
It promotes mindless zerging.
You dont even have to fight 1 guy to take over a zone, you just have to zerg

Your point 2: I wouldn't call that a good thing. Having 3 WBs run around as 1 the whole time but zerging isn't really the point of this post, if they want to zerg there's nothing to be done about that. And just my personal opinion staying clumped up when you have an AAO advantage isn't the best for the game.

Your point 6: is really the whole point of the post. Don't know why people make a big deal out of the pug groups, it's the organised + semi-organised warbands that have any impact in RvR anyway. Some chaff on the side doesn't make much difference either way, unless it's a lot of chaff!

point 10: not something I've experienced much tbh. I'd say destro pugs are more willing to die a lot more than order pugs from my experience before they may get upset.

Truely is from HoB and they run 24 mans in the lakes 90% of the time lol, no need to be toxic.

It's really not hard to see where he's coming from when Order has regular 12-24 man WBs from Smash, Forced Entry, Bene, CNTK, Bitterstones, Gimle, LNM, Italian Job, Lutzwaffen, Formosa, Tercio, and probably even more order only guilds I'm forgetting.

Whereas destro have 24 mans from FMJ 2 nights a week, HoB, Da Freebootaz, and Just Respawn (who are currently on break) and then with Kaz, Nugos, and Renaissance running 12s. And more often than not these days the only destro organised 24 mans out in the lakes are HoB and Da Freebootaz

It's not hard to feel the difference at the minute, and while this game constantly has population swings, the amount of destro guilds that have rolled Order mean that if the xrealm guilds aren't on Destro in a given night then it's usually just a complete one sided slaughter these days in our (Order) favour

It is funny to see how someone can be labled a "hero" for rallying the zerg and promoting that behaviour on this server, where as on Karak Norn that **** was sooo frowned upon
Kinda like how Nerfed buttons was also very much something you would never advertice needing on Live or people instantly assumed you were trashtier, but on here its very much promoted by (ex)devs even streaming and useing it.
Just goes to show that this server is just not competitive at all for the vast majority, which is fine!

RvR is the playground for everyone, people from different background, skilllevels, and gearlevels and in all brackets from the solo guy to the zerg.
Some of the older Nornians, we deffo have a hardtime accepting this is more accepted of being a "regionchat hero" and coordinating, rallying etc. but it might be needed if too many of these rally-heroes pick up too much of a following and the handholding becomes meta.

Will see how bad the situation is when we come back from summer break in a couple of weeks, but the word on the street doesnt sound very motivating tbh.

You guys should try playing in both time zones like me. My morning is order zerg, my afternoon is destro zerg.

Anyone who says that one side is always dominant doesn't experience both time zones.

I'm already in the most active destro wb, I don't think you've really understood the post
