Older mission

Hi, i have 1 question:
Can i do older missions to take, for example, scout medallion?

You can do old missions (I assume you mean public quests).

But you will not obtain any pve tokens (scout/soldier/etc medallion) as you might know them from back then.

A while ago all currencies have been streamlined into war tokens (pve) and war crests (pvp).

They can be used to obtain gear and items which have been previously bought via medallions/crests.
If you have old currencies with your characters they will automatically transform into the new ones when you log in / relog.
(Currencies in the bank will only transform after you put them in your characters bag and relog AFAIK).
