rookie player looking for an add0n

Heya, folks, so I decided to rejoin the war effort and was looking for an add0n I picked up from here with all the parameters setted for healer/DPS/etc (I only downloaded the healer one), I don't remember the name but, more or less, what it done was changing name plates and using color dots to mark who has this or that healing in them. I remember you could configure it as you wished but the settings made by some player were already good for me.

Hopefully you can help me with those vagues hints or point me towards some other add0ns (I'll rather have the first one since I'm quite dummy setting them)
