Slayer build for aoe pvp

I am having a really hard time finding a clear pvp aoe build for DW slayer. I would like there to be a clear path using the builer https://builder.returnofreckoning.com/ but i cant find any

Is this build still valid for pug WBs in RvR AoE?

Also any advice on rotation? And RR points
