Hello in the spe aoe rain and shotgun, why do you go on a sov set? have you tried a wl 5 + lotd 2 + another set to complete in order to have a maximum n of ranger power?

It is indeed the best. If you can call the best a toolkit that just doesn't work without pocket SM. I mean it's not like this build has any competition to begin with. Scout is okay as ST damage but still worse than BW or even poor engie. Skirmish ST is dead. aSW is a thing for 80+ and useless in large scale (good in small scale, pocket SM is mandatory ofc).

Compared to THAT, AoE skirmish is decent and even offers something unique (morale bombing).
