Hi,
After clicking 'Connect' I get to the screen with the black text box on the right. This box usually has several lines of text beginning with "Entering the fray...", then takes me to character selection/creation.
I'm stuck on this screen with the empty text box.

I have tried multiple times.
One time, I left it on that screen for an hour.
I tried re-starting my machine.
It's 11:20am, I will re-try throughout today and comment here if it is the same tomorrow morning.

Any help is appreciated.
