can´t buy more space in guild vault

I tried to buy more space in our guild vault cause vault 2 and 3 only have one row.
But somehow i can´t. The markers are unchecked and i don´t see any info about the costs or get ask if i really wanna buy space.
Does someone know if this is a bug or if i just do something wrong?
I´m guild leader and we have guild rank 33 which got us vault 4. And there should also be enough money to buy at least one row.

Had this issue after installing VinyUI a long time ago. Have you tried this on a fresh install / char UI setup with no Viny? That worked for me and we were able to buy vaults again after.

If not using Viny, would try disabling all add ons and see if that also solves.
