This is not the game to do a pvp tournament. ROR is trinity, too much rock paper scissors, someone could bring a healer that can you know...heal and you want a dps to fight them with no pots? whats to stop people bringing tanky regen specs and outlasting opponents? or just stealth resetting fights? With such a high price i'll bet anything people come in with the cheesiest crap just to win. You need more rules. If you want to have 1v1 tournaments do it in GW2 or ESO games that are balanced for 1v1. "ultimate bragging rights" in a game maybe 300 people play daily wow. I mean I considered myself a high end pvper in those 2 aforementioned games have lots of roaming and guild pvp videos to prove it but does anyone remember or care? do you know who i am? No, the only people who remember are me and the people i played with. So the person who wins just gets a big ego boost and has the right to be more arrogant than Relife i guess solid idea

No rules on specs or classes beyond NO respecs once ur in the tourney. Beyond that run what u brung. Any form ofu outsiude healing , buffs will be a immediate loss and require a delete.

Really biggest issue is people that may die then refuse to delete. Nothing I can do about that. So in that regard its honor system.

Wait, wait, wait, I got an idea.

Instead of deleting your toon if you lose, consider this.

Each loser must go to Hatred's Way up past Caledor, take everything off, and proceed to run naked through all the Elf Zones all the way down to the Blighted Isle Elf Initial Spawn point while (and this is the important part) I fly over them in Realm Watch mode broadcasting the entire...wait for it...Run Of Shame.

Other players can line the roadsides and shout "Shame!" "Shame!" "Shame!"

And throw vegetables and stuff. It will be great.

Or! Instead of having the losers do the Run of Shame individually, we have a race!

Every disrobes, lines up, and on the count of One Two Three Scarlett Johansson takes off running through the zones. The player who makes it down to the Blighted Isle start point first wins, which causes the winner of the One v. One tournament to have to delete his toon!

I am a genius.

Currently, order side have huge advantage for solo and 1v1. None of the mdps can kill wh, wl and riposte slayer. Also it is a well known that game is not designed for 1v1 play so there is no balance for it.

I would expect I would be the only slayer , and as for WH/WL pretty sure any RR80 Chosen ( aka warchosen or a dahaka similar ) or slightly defensive Magus can deal with those. But will see when / if anyone signs up.
