I accidentally destroy Phaos gem, needed for "For Amusement's Sake" quest. Where I can get new?

Open your Tomb of Knowledge and then open the 'quest' section. Find the specific quest and abandon it. You can also just open the quest from your UI if you have it listed.

However, once you abandon the quest it should reset, which means you can go pick it up again and start over.

Replacing lost items, accidentally sold items, accidentally dropped or destroyed items is not something the server has ever been engaged in.
